Meet Alba
Alba is a yoga teacher and wellness facilitator specialised in healing and personal transformation
Over the past four years she has guided more than 4,000 people through movement, breath and body-based practices across Europe, in luxury hotels, retreats and private sessions.
Her work is grounded in the understanding that the body holds many of the keys to healing. Through yoga, intentional presence and embodied guidance, she helps women reconnect with their truth: not through performance, but through deep listening and self-trust.
She has held space for hundreds of women on their path of self-discovery and empowerment
