What does a corporate wellness programme include?

Usually yoga, breathwork and meditation. Some teams add sound healing, catering or a full offsite. Each proposal follows a short call.

How much does corporate yoga cost in Barcelona?

Team experiences from €220, programmes from €540, before VAT. Offsites and retreats are quoted for your group.

Do you work outside Barcelona?

Yes. In Madrid, the Balearic Islands, across Spain and abroad, with travel covered by the company.

What if some people have never done yoga?

Most haven’t. Every practice has simpler options, and joining is always voluntary.

Which languages are sessions in?
