Here’s what the 4-week container includes:
3 live movement/yoga sessions per week (≈ 60 min each) – tailored to your body, your energy, your cycle.
1 live 1:1 coaching / mindfulness session per week (≈ 60 min) – to reflect, align mindset, review habits.
Daily self-guided practices (10-20 min) – breathwork, mindfulness, journaling prompts to support you each day.
Lifestyle integration guidance – nutrition, sleep, routine, energetic hygiene, Ayurveda insights, cycles, astrology.
Support & accountability – weekly check-ins, place to share, adjust, stay on track.
