Retreats

A few days, lived at a different pace, can change more than a week off ever could
My retreats bring together yoga, breathwork and real stillness — small groups, chosen places, nothing rushed

FEATURED: Luna Retreat — Deià, Mallorca

Held at Son Rullan, 2026

Some places don't need to be styled into feeling like a retreat — they already are one. That's exactly why this collaboration happened at Son Rullan, a quiet boutique house tucked into the hills of Deià, on Mallorca's northwest coast — the same stretch of coastline that's drawn artists and writers for a century, precisely because nothing here asks you to hurry.

‍ ‍

This retreat was created in partnership with Luna (@retreatsbyluna), a slow-living and wellbeing collective built around a simple belief: the right place, at the right pace, can stay with you for years. Luna doesn't run retreats everywhere — only in places that already slow people down the moment they arrive. Son Rullan, with its garden, its pool, its unhurried rhythm, was exactly that kind of place, and exactly why I wanted to bring this retreat to life there.

‍ ‍

Mornings moved slowly. Practice happened outdoors, shaped by the hills rather than a schedule. Breathwork and stillness took up as much room as the yoga itself. Nothing about the days was designed to be impressive — only to be genuinely restorative.

FAQs

What should I look for in a wellness retreat that includes yoga, mindfulness, and real time to recharge?

1

  • Balanced daily structure — yoga, breathwork and unstructured downtime, not back-to-back sessions all day

  • Small group size — under 10-12 guests keeps it personal rather than a workshop

  • Real settings — a place chosen for its own quiet, not just staged to look wellness-branded

  • Clear pricing upfront — what's included (accommodation, meals, sessions) without guesswork

How do I choose a yoga retreat if I want a small group and a more restorative experience?

2

Ask directly how many guests are typically in a group — anything beyond 10-12 starts to lose the personal, restorative quality. Also ask what a typical day actually looks like: a retreat built around rest and reflection should have real unscheduled time, not back-to-back sessions from morning to night.
