Meet your Guide


Alba is a yoga teacher and wellness facilitator specialized in healing and personal transformation.

Over the past four years, she has guided more than 4,000 people through movement, breath, and body-based practices across Europe—working in luxury hotels, retreats, and private sessions.

Her work is grounded in the understanding that the body holds many of the keys to healing. Through yoga, intentional presence, and embodied guidance, she supports others in reconnecting with their truth—not through performance, but through deep listening and self-trust.

She has held space for hundreds of women on their path of self-discovery and empowerment.

Her mission is to create sacred, intimate container where healing unfolds naturally, and where each woman feels safe, and remembered.
